NZ bound for WLRC

Steve and Donna Negus, members of the Australian Palma Team

Best wishes to three ACT members heading to New Zealand this week in teams representing Australia at the 2019 Long Range World Championships.

The WLRC are held every 4 years in a different country. In 2019 it is the Seddon Range, Trentham, NZ and in conjunction with the NZ championships. The NZANZ program runs from 25 January to 10 February.

Steve and Donna Negus are members of the Australian Palma team and Graham Aitchison a member of the Veterans Rifle Team that will compete in the WLRC.

Many countries are represented over the championships including the UK, South Africa, USA, NZ and Canada, all vying for the title of world champion. Along with the team matches there is the individual world event and we cannot forget the earlier NZ Championships, that set the scene for the World Long Range Championship.

Good Luck to our members in all competitions and in fact to all the Australian teams including the Palma, the under 25’s, under 21’s and the Veterans in their respective competitions.
